Maja Gędłek
She combines the delicacy of a ballerina and the bravery of Luke Skywalker. She breaks library records and dreams of a journey to the Antarctic.
Maja is 10 and is passionate about dance - she goes to ballet practise three times a week. She also likes mathematics and science and if she is free on Saturdays, she attends classes at the Children’s University. S
he’s also a passionate reader - according to the school statistics, last year she read 52 books, or an average of 1 book a week. Her favourite genres are historical literature and fantasy. She loves Star Wars (especially the first episodes) and is a great fan of the series H2O: Just Add Water, as well animated films. Maja will talk about how to make our dreams come true.
Her biggest dream is to visit Antarctica, and a smaller one is to learn to play the guitar.
