Kostek Kubicki
What can we learn from 17th century noblemen? Kostek is going to provide answer for this question. He derives immensely from old times.
Kostek is 12 years old. Since he read With Fire and Sword (“Ogniem i mieczem” – a classic in Polish literature) he developed a passionate interest in Sarmatian culture. He practies archery, reads books related to 17th century Poland and collects figures of magnates. Kostek lives with his parents and younger sister, Miśka, in the Lower Beskid region where he goes to school. He’s an exceptionally good student who has won many awards in different reading and recitation contests. Kostek will talk about some riveting aspects of the noblemen’s old traditions and why it’s worth studying history.
