Mikołaj Sazonov
An 11-year-old constructor and inventor, organizer of social life and a director – all in one person.
Mikołaj was born 11 years ago in Washington D.C. He is in the fourth grade and spends most of his free time inventing things and constructing models. He likes designing and estimating how much it would cost to create new technological solutions. To bring his projects into life he uses whatever is at hand: old radio sets donated by neighbours, boxes from the garage or old pieces of wood. Once all the instrumentation is ready, he cuts, solders and fastens things together. The results are amazing! Apart from tinkering with technology, Mikołaj loves music and he organises discos and plays the piano and flute as well as writes his own music for keyboards. In addition, he’s fascinated by audio mixing and light effects. Moreover, he’s very social: with a classmate they started OWSK (Organizację Wychwytywania Sympatii Klasowej) and Mikolaj is its managing director. He will talk about how creativity can change reality into a great adventure.
