Looking back

Do we ever learn? Are we just an accident? At TEDxKraków we usually have our eyes fixed on the future. We are on the lookout for new technologies and trends that will change everything in the upcoming years. But humanity didn’t just “pop” up yesterday. The future is just the flipside of the past. Or is it? Are we standing on the shoulders of giants, or stubbornly making same mistakes all over again? In May, we want to look back, way back. Who knows what we’ll find.

As usual, we made sure our venue matches the subject and we hope it will only add to the special atmosphere of the evening. We will meet on May 19th at 6:30 pm in Collegium Witkowskiego (Instytut Historii UJ) on Gołębia Street.

The event will be bilingual. It will be hosted in a language understood by the majority of participants. We would like both Polish and non-Polish speakers to be able to attend and participate fully in the activities.
