TEDxKrakówCinema - a new initiative from TEDxKraków

We’ll be getting together to watch TEDTalks and TEDx talks and sharing the TED experience with Kraków

Each time we will focus on a different topic.

Why TEDTalks?

We’d like to create a comfortable space in Kraków for creative debates about the role of technology, education, human behaviour in creating a more harmonious future, where ideas are the source of intelligent and constructive collaboration rather than conflict.

Nearly every field of art or science has, sooner or later, proposed the idea that less is more.

Every day, we experience constraints. What's their impact on our lives? Do they hinder our creativity, or can they help? Can constraints be a catalyst for innovation? If so, in what way?

Maciej Szafraniec, a UX designer and a member of the TEDxKraków team responsible for speakers, has prepared a couple TED Talks by people who think less can indeed be more.

TEDxKrakówCinema will take place on 6 May at Kino Pauza at ul. Florianska 18 (2nd floor).

We start at 6.30pm with icebreakers, the TED Talks and discussion will start at 7.00pm, and at 8.30pm we'll go downstairs to Pauza for more discussion over drinks.

The event is free event but remember that space is limited, so come early if you want a seat! The TED talks will be in English with subtitles. and the discussion will be in Polish.
