Like every year, we'd like to invite you to watch the main TED conference with us. This time it's found a new home - Vancouver, Canada. Celebrating its 30th anniversary, TED has invited its best and most intriguing speakers so far to take part in the conference. The theme this year is “The Next Chapter", so it's definitely going to be a thought provoking and stimulating event! We'll be at Klub Pauza (basement of Florianska 18) all afternoon, and during the course of the afternoon and evening you'll have the chance to watch speakers including Bill and Melinda Gates and Sting, as well as be the first to hear who is the TED Prize winner - a person who gets a $1,000,000 to make their wish come true! A wish, which could change the world.

Come and listen the ideas they all want to spread!

Apart from hearing the TED speakers long before their official talks appear on TED.com, there will be some interesting activities waiting for you. First, we would like to find out from you who you know of in Krakow (or Poland) could, like the TED Prize winner, lead the community and conduct a world-changing project. Second - we will try to make you ponder whether the ideas you hear on the TED stage are in any way useful for you, for our city and our surroundings. If so, what can we do to make them happen? Whose help would be needed? Or maybe it's already happening somewhere in Poland? We'd love it if you would share your thoughts with us - maybe it will be a start of a great initiative or project.
