TEDxKrakówCinema - a new initiative from TEDxKraków

We’ll be getting together to watch TEDTalks and TEDx talks and sharing the TED experience with Kraków

Each time we will focus on a different topic.

Why TEDTalks?

We’d like to create a comfortable space in Kraków for creative debates about the role of technology, education, human behaviour in creating a more harmonious future, where ideas are the source of intelligent and constructive collaboration rather than conflict.

This month

It’s the start of a new year, which for many of us means a time to reflect on the past year and make resolutions about how we’re going to live our lives differently over the next 12 months.

We had a small TEDxKrakow meeting just before Christmas where we came to the conclusion that our tagline of "inspiring people who are up to something" really does sum up very accurately what we're trying to do. So for January’s TEDxKrakowCinema, we've chosen a few TED Talks by people who really did get inspired to get up to soemthing. So whether you’ve already got a project or whether you're ready for a change, please come along with an open mind, ready to meet other lovely members of the TEDx community in Krakow, and we’ll do our best to inspire you all to a more colourful 2014.

We’ll be meeting at Kino Pauza at ul. Floriańska 13 (2nd floor) at 7pm and the discussion will continue over drinks downstairs at Pauza (1st floor bar) from 8.30pm. Come and join us!

Entry is free but space is limited, so be early to secure a seat. The discussion will probably be held mainly in Polish.
