The TEDxKraków Award is a competition for ideas.
We're looking for interesting ideas and initiatives that could change reality - both local and global!
If you can't get a great idea for a start-up, an innovative solution, a social initiative (or something else) out of your thoughts, submit it for the Award!
The finalists will be invited to take part in workshops to polish their idea, and the winner will appear on the TEDxKraków stage.

We'll choose the 6 most interesting ideas and invite their creators to workshops organized by Fundusz Zalążkowy KPT, under 'Upriser' initiative. Experienced specialists, who will lead the workshop, will help you work on:
- your strategy and concept
- PR and marketing
- public speaking and communication

The best idea selected by the jury will hit the main stage at TEDxKraków on the 21st of September. The winner will have a chance to give a 10 minute presentation, possibly their most important ever! Go on. Take the chance!

Paweł Tkaczyk
Paweł Tkaczyk creates strong brands - he works with Agora, the Allegro Group and many smaller companies among others. He also advises start-ups and other companies. He shares his knowledge about building brands through his blog, and he's the author of two books "Zakamarki Marki" and "Grywalizacja". He loves type in all forms - with the exception of Comic Sans.
Mona Szychowiak
A sociologist and public relations specialists. Works as a strategist at Pride and Glory Interactive and also runs Crazy Little Thing where she creates strategies for small businesses. She believes that even the smallest company can create a strong and well-recognised brand. Heavily involved in organising the not-to-be-missed Interactive Day in Krakow.
Rafał Kijonka
Specialist in management with many years of experience in developing business models and running projects in international corporations. Chair of the 'Fundacja Forum' and co-founder of the new creative cluster in Krakow 'Creative Kraków'.
Paweł Sala
Specialist in email marketing, trainer, manager and consultant. Managing Director of Freshmail and co-creator of many successful and award-winning email campaigns.
Marek Przystaś
Co-founder of Duckie Deck, an idea that changes the relationship between parents and kids to make it deeper and stronger. Marek believes that new technologies used the right way can make the world a better, more friendly place. And that’s what he does.
Łukasz Cioch
Head of the management faculty at the Tischner European University, Director of the Centre for Energy Studies and involved in its founding and development strategy. Connected with ArcelorMittal Poland for a number of years.
Joanna Wasiluk
Technology Broker and a member of the Upriser Committee, an initiative
established by KTP Seed Fund. Studied theoretical physics. Cooperates
with the Tischner European University. She is experienced project
coordinator, team leader and researcher who worked at the Development
Department in Krakow Technology Park and Jagiellonian University.
Kuba Krzych
Inventor and Entrepreneur. Creator and Co-Founder of AdTaily, a self-service ad network sold to AGORA (leading Central European media group). In 2012 Kuba started work on his new "internet of things" project in Kraków.
